Production Update: Current Progress and More!

It's been a hot second since we've provided our backers with an update, which is why we're here today to inform you that production for Snack Attack has been progressing smoothly!

 The Cards & Box: 

We've been working closely with our printers over the last month and are happy to inform everyone that the cards and box are currently receiving their final checks. Once our printers confirm the files one last time with us, Snack Attack will officially begin printing in the next week or two! 

Add-ons:

Several of our add-ons, including bookmarks, buttons, stickers, enamel pins, and aprons have all been completed. All of those listed items have even been received by us and are ready to ship out to our backers once we receive the final outstanding item from our printer: the game itself.

Tl;Dr:

All in all, we are on schedule to fulfill rewards to our backers by our original delivery date. Though as always, we will notify all of our backers as soon as possible if anything changes or shifts our timeline in any way.

 Bonus: 

We were so thrilled by the support we received from all of our backers that we wanted to improve our game one last time before delivering it to you. Consequently, we've enhanced the look and layout of the Snack Attack box! to make it brighter, more functional, and fun! We hope you'll all be as happy about the new design as we are.

Hello Bakers!

At the very beginning of this, our main goal and wish was to share Snack Attack with as many people as possible, and now there are 197 of you wanting to share in that dream. Thank you so much for everything! We are so very excited to be able to ship Snack Attack out to all of you.

All of you will be receiving an email with a survey this coming Monday through BackerKit! This survey will have a form to fill out so we can receive all of your addresses for proper shipment! Double-check these for accuracy before you send so we can make sure you get your copies of Snack Attack and any Add-On's you may be interested in!

Speaking of, During checkout many different Add-Ons will be available, Bookmarks (only 200 of these scrumptious goodies), three different Sticker Sets, A set of delicious flavor themed buttons, the absolute cutest Bard Nom pin we have ever seen, and a Momnisaur inspired apron! Also last but certainly not least we will have a Print & Play of Snack Attack available, not only for our North American Backers but for anyone interested in Snack Attack all around the world! For $5 you gain access to a PDF that allows you to enjoy the game where ever you may be, after you print it of course!

Along this journey we unlocked several rewards for all of you Bakers! Remember All Backers get one FREE button with their copy, and Deluxe Backers will receive a set of THREE! This was made possible by following us on the @GameDirectionUS Twitter (give us a follow if you haven't already!). We also have a GameDirection Discord server where we can play Snack Attack, so join on up and come chat with the Team and play some Snack Attack! How will we play you ask? With the completion of this Kickstarter we have decided to upload Snack Attack onto Tabletop Simulator! Also in the Discord, you can find the FREE coloring sheet. We think they are such a cute little Nom, so be sure to share your colorized versions to our Twitter!

We will maintain updating you all on the process of shipment. Once the Game is ready to go we will do another big announcement. Bakers, Thank you again and again for all of the continued support! You have all helped make this dream into a reality and we can't fully express how much that means to all of us in the Snack Attack Team.

WE DID IT! THANK YOU!

Every meal comes to an end at some point, and while ours isn't quite finished yet, we couldn't be more thrilled with who we got to dine with along this journey!  

With only enough time left in our Kickstarter Campaign for a dessert course (or two), we're deeply humbled and elated by the support we've received thus far. 169 backers helped to raise $6,041!  

It's been an incredible experience to see so much excitement form around our little game and we hope to bring that fun and electric energy back to your gaming (and dining) tables when you get a chance to play the game you helped make a reality.  

First, to celebrate, we've decided to release the Tabletop Simulator version of Snack Attack! at the end of the campaign, for FREE, as we wanted to say thanks to all of our amazing backers.   

Secondly, if you'd like to come chat with us about Snack Attack or game design in general, you can find us in the GameDirection Discord. We're more than happy to talk all things game design and help out aspiring indies in the same way that we've received help ourselves!  

We're going to keep providing rapid updates as our campaign draws to a close, then slow down a bit as we shift gears into full production mode to get Snack Attack off to print. We'll make sure you're kept in the loop with regular updates and until then, let us just say thank you for being a part of this journey!

95%!!! Pre-Heating...

Hello Bakers!

We hit 95% funded, which is so close we can almost taste it! While we start preheating the ovens please keep on sharing Snack Attack with potential fellow Bakers! The more steaming fresh copies of Snack Attack we can get out into the world the better for all!

Also, we only need 24 more followers before we can include our next social goal in the mix. Go follow @GameDirectionUS on Twitter if you haven't already. We post every day on things like Snack Attack to Alex's musings as a game designer! If we hit that 150 follower mark we will be including One FREE bookmark for each Backer, and Deluxe Backers get some extra icing with THREE of these freshly baked treats.
